Mini Owners Club AGM

All members please come along to BBQ breakfast at the MGCCQ Room at Rocklea, Sunday March 29th. Breakfast is supplied by the club and cooked by the committee starting at 0900am.

Following the BBQ we will be having our Annual General Meeting and this is where you can hear what your committee have done through out the year and listen to what is planned for the next twelve months also. As normal the committee will stand down while election of a new committee takes place. If you feel that you would like to have a seat on the committee please send an e-mail to the secretary, mocqsecretary@gmail.com

At this meeting is also the chance to give suggestions as to what you would like to see or changes to be made. These meetings a vital to the successful running of the club and input from the members helps your committee plan ahead.
