The Jolly Fella is coming

Finally what you have been waiting for is more information about our annual Xmas get together. Well here it is. Saturday 13th December at the Jindalee Tavern, Sinnamon Road, Jindalee. We have booked the Sinnamon Room for our function and it is totally private with a serviced Bar which is good as we do not have to go out of the room for drinks. We are looking at a 3 course meal at a cost of $68 per head, but cost to members is only $30 per head with Kids eating free.

During the proceedings we will be holding raffles with proceeds to go to our chosen charity Care Kits for Kids here in Brisbane. By popular request we will be having secret Santa with gifts to not exceed $20, this is always fun and we find out who is club person of the year.

For those people who wish to travel by train to the event, the nearest station is Oxley. There will be a pick up and return from station to venue and back again, just need to let Dave or John D know your times.

This is a ticketed event and the only way to register is through the web site, if you have trouble doing this please give Dave a call and he will help you. Also there is a limited number for the event of 60 people so best get in early if you want to go. Numbers are essential for catering purposes.
